Here's what's included in our Wild Desert Hat Bar package: 

🤠 Personal Hat Bar-tender: Our expert stylist will be on hand to guide you through the creative process and help you design your perfect hat.

💎 Complete Hat Bar with Accessories: We'll bring a fully stocked hat bar featuring a wide variety of hats in different colors and styles, along with an extensive selection of patches, pins, chains, and charms for you to choose from.

Requirements:

🧢 Minimum of 10 Hats: Ensure everyone gets to join in the fun!

1 Hour Setup Time (WDHB requires this time to ensure your event is perfect).

Additional Information:

  • Your choice of hat from our selection
  • 2 hours of creative fun (will adjust for amount of people)
  • Expert guidance from our personal hat stylists
  • Access to our complete hat bar with a variety of accessories

This guarantees an unforgettable hat customization experience for you and your guests!

Cost: $30 per hat 

What's Included:

  • Your choice of hat from our selection
  • 3 patches included 
  • The opportunity to design your own unique hat 
  • Additional patches, chains, pins and charms available at an additional charge

This ensures you have the flexibility to customize your hat to your heart's content!

Booking Process:

  1. Contact: Reach out to us at wilddeserthatbar@gmail.com with:

    • Your requested event date and time
    • The number of guests

  2. Confirmation: We'll promptly confirm availability and finalize the details.

  3. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking date and time. This deposit includes 1 custom hat for the host, featuring patches only!

    • Travel Fee: Depending on the event location, a travel fee may also apply.

  4.  The final payment is due upon our arrival, before setup begins. We accept payment via Cash (exact change only), Venmo, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

🎉 Special Note for Kids' Birthday Parties: For kids' birthday parties, please contact us directly to discuss your request. 🎈 Packages may slightly vary to ensure the best experience for younger guests.
